I have an unread message in my inbox but unable to open it. I have tried logging off and logging in but still the same?....

From what I have read previously, you may need to clear cookies and cache on your browser, but mind it will log you out of here so make sure you have your password

Switch device off and give it time to clear the cookies etc. I turn mine off completely roughly once a week
