When I send a picture from my phone to the site ,right at the end of process it states it doesn't recognises it as a picture and am I using the wrong file or trying to down load a video????

Any help would be really appreciated. I have tried everything I know

Not all picture formats are supported. JPG usually works

Is it a Live Photo on an iPhone by any chance? They are saved as HEIC (or something like that). If you edit it and turn off the live it should turn it to a jpg.

I’m only guessing though

I have the same problem with my android mobile saying it doesn't recognise the file but every blue moon it let's me down load a few pics no idea why this happens

As previous posters have suggested, I think this site only supports/accepts JPEG (jpg) image file format. Make sure your images for upload are not TIFF, PNG or GIF for example.

I have an android and have the same problem, I just make a small edit to the picture and it gets accepted.
