Usually it's the size or format. When a file is large, the upload might experience intermittent data loss issues due to a poor mobile connection leading to failure.

If you send the video to yourself on WhatsApp (or other chat services) that will shrink it to a manageable size for uploading. There are also apps that will allow you to edit and resize the video.
