"Hi. I have an iPhone 15, and recently have been unable to access FG unless I am using Wi-Fi. at home. Anyone suggest why this is please?" Age restriction on your phone network (they are all doing this). Either: 1. Get age verified by your network provider to have the restriction removed Or 2. Use a VPN on mobile data. Either way you will still need to get Age Verified on the FabGuys site to continue using if you haven’t already done so.

"I stated that the were in breach of contract for applying these restrictions without informing me " In English law changes in legislation or regulation impose legal obligations on both companies and people that have to be complied with. The legal obligation can nullify terms in a contract when the term does not comply with the law. Therefore there is no breach of contract with these restrictions being implemented - the new obligations have been quite well publicised in the media.
