"Messages are monitored to protect users. This is probably done by a software algorithm, not a person. 佢可能只會掃描英文" I've read it over and over and it's saying remove the web site and you can send the message but there isn't a web site to remove so I don't have a clue what the fuck they think is a web site it's only a personal message about something my wife and i did. Arrrr

"Mods are not idiots. Mods are not monitoring your chat. If you are using words that are deemed unwanted on the site then they are blocked by automation. The message that mentions website also mentions other things and why the site does it. This is what it says. "To protect our users from SPAM or UNWELCOME CONTENT, because your message contained a WEB SITE or UNWELCOME CONTENT it has been blocked. Just hit back and remove the website name or address and the message will be sent This is to protect people like you from receiving spam! PS. please don't try and get around the blocks or your account will be removed"" Yes but it was a private chat so it's between me and the person I'm talking to what we are happy with, I have sent it to him via email now and he's not upset by anything in it and also can't understand what the hell could be dreamed as something that could offend him, if there is something then tell people what the hell it is not just say remove the web site and we will allow the message to be sent. You can't remove something if you have no idea what it is and there is clearly nothing on there as the guy now has it and even he is confused as to why someone it wasn't being sent to thinks it's in any way offensive or might have a web site name on it. We are not kids we are chatting private not on a forum

"For many older forum software, (not been a forum admin for few years now, and was on more mainstream forums), rules set for blocked words, websites etc just automatically applied as blanket everywhere within that forum, the open chat, private chat, forum posts, even admin areas. " I understand that we should not use web addresses but the chat I was having was about something my wife and I did and no mention of any sort of web site. I've now had to email it to the guy and he's as confused as I am as to what they are talking about as he can't find and web site name or anything that might offend him but as he said if your offended by sexual talk don't join a sex site

Those words can be use in different ways but the automation does not take into account the context that the word is being used. For example if someone says that something has happened to them that would be a sexual assault you can’t use the R word even if advising them to report it to the police. That is because the R word could also be use as a threat to someone. It is a bit like the automation on I think it was Facebook a few years back that blocked people who lived in Scunthorpe because it contained the word cunt - automation is a blunt tool and we can all fall foul of it because there is not any published list of these words, so we sometimes have to try and work out what is wrong for ourselves.

I've read my message over and over and I've emailed it to the guy now and he's confused. There isn't mention of any web site and I haven't used and words we haven't used over the past few days of chatting so if the guy I'm talking to in private can't find anything offensive and I can't and the site isn't telling me then how the fuck am I meant to remove something they clearly don't understand maybe stop reading private messages or get the facts right first. I've even tried sending it in broken up sections but that's no good all I can think of is to send it one word at a time and see if they stop a certain word but I very much doubt it because there isnt anything

"...so we sometimes have to try and work out what is wrong for ourselves." Which the OP appears to be unable to do, so he's a wee bit annoyed. But, at the end of the day, the site does not belong to the users, it belongs to the owners and they make and apply the rules.

Then split the failed part in half... That should narrow it down
