No there isn't. Obviously people are looking at your profile because you are uploading photos and videos xx

"Half the time I don't even notice I've been sent one!"
Same, and then I bulk delete them. Even stating don't wink, people still do

I just got a wink from a faceless guy, no photos, and about 3 words on his profile, am I ment to reply with great enthusiasm at his generous wink? I just delete all the winks, they are an absolute waste of time.

Nobody says that you must reply with great enthusiasm or otherwise.

They just winked.

They might not even want to meet you.

It's just a click on a screen.

Nothing special or contractual.

I always ignore them. I never see them when they arrive and I bulk delete them when I notice. I'd rather receive a message with some words and pictures. Call me old-fashioned.

I don't mind winks if there is a prospect of a meeting. Winks from bottoms over 200 miles away are annoying. So are ones where they have sent an email as well

It's just a wink. People seem to have forgotten that they actually have zero control over what other people do but are in control of how they respond.

I’m happy to receive winks from people, they are an icebreaker and can lead to a lot of fun…..and somebody who is currently miles away might be about to visit your area.

I love a wink or a fab.

It's like bring winked at or smiled at in person.

I don't mind them. Some are pointless non-starters, some have led to interesting chat and more. They don't make or break my day

It doesn't bother me I don't get why some people get offended over receiving them sometimes it's just a compliment doesn't mean that person is dying to jump into bed with you.

Other people are just the same as me... don't even notice when someone does wink.

I bulk delete them when I even remember they exist because I think its a lazy way to communicate.

Admin are never going to make changes to this site, especially something like that

I'd rather a message was sent instead of a wink. I ignore and delete most of the time.

Why is it such a problem. Just ignore them. Personally its a great way a shy person can show interest.

I agree with Kryton, some people are shy and/or not sure of your reaction. If you don't like the look of them " Sorry, not my type" or similar should do the trick then they know where they stand.

Some guys are shy or lacking in self confidence (unlike me) so a wink is a way of first contact you never know x
