Not sure if possible but instead of seeing who's near that match your preference how about see who's near when you match their preference?
Could possibly be done using some of the dating site algorithms
Closest you are going to get is the “Advanced Search”. You select their attributes that you are looking for but you need to check the box that you are also in the age range they are looking for.
