I’m experiencing an odd problem which is really degrading the usefulness of the site to me.
I can turn on email notifications, but as soon as I get a single email, that type of notification turns off. For example I turn on “I get private messages” and the next private message that I get is notified to me by email. However, after I have received this email, if I go back to the email notification settings, ‘I get private messages” is now turned off and I cease getting notifications until I turn it on again. The same happens with each type of notification message.
Is there a fix for this, I am missing out on many messages as notifications are not sent.
