Can a supporting member see if I have searched for them even if Ihave not opened their profile?

Go to your profile and privacy settings

Where it says hide "who's looked at me"

Turn that on and you won't show up on a person "who's looked at me" page

Don’t think that a profile can tell if they have been listed in anyone’s search results (that would be an unworkable list). If you view their profile and have not blocked leaving the track then your profile will show in their “who viewed me”list. If you have blocked leaving the track then you will or show in their “who viewed me” list. Note that the “who viewed me”list is limited to the last 100 profiles, so if 100 other profiles with leaving a track view the profile before the user looks at the list then your profile will not appear.

Go to Account and select Privacy settings, there you can select to opt out. ✅

You can seaech a profile and they won't know you've done that. But they will if you open the profile. Unless you've removed uourself from the who's looked at me option.
