Direct Private photos

Winchester

Can always manage to add direct photo when replying to messages but never yet been able to add a video, even very short ones

I always get a message saying “the image is not recognised”

Is it even possible?

The option seems to be there

I can add video from my photos attached to the account but not if I try to take one as I’m messaging back & forth

Often people don’t have Kik etc to use as an alternative option.

Any advice welcomed

From what I remember, it's not possible to add videos to messages directly from your phone, the video has to be uploaded onto this site first. Plus the recipient has to be a site supporter to view videos I believe

Just checked and the OP is a silver site supporter so that doesn’t seem to be the problem in this case.

You can send a direct photo NOT a video. You need to upload the video, get it approved, keep it private and attach it that way?

Perhaps that's the feedback, can you upgrade direct photo to include videos??

To make sure that you are only posting videos that show your own face, as it's against site rules to post videos showing someone else's face (and potentially illegal too).
