I seem to be getting people I have previously blocked back in my feed. Does this mean I have reached a limit and every time I add a new one another one drops off my list?

There is no limit on the block list, just a limit to how many people you can see on your block list. If someone whom you have previosly blocked is reappearing then they have created a new profile

Some of the people on yr block list rejoin and can then access you again ,I have a few dummy's that do this to me ,

I have blocked the same guy at least 3 times. He always uses the same line. When fuck you.

He has had multiple accounts.
