I'm sure this has been asked before but... what length videos are allowed? When I upload a video it says the max is 1 minute, but I see plenty of videos of up to 2 minutes. I'm a Silver supporter (as opposed to Gold) so concluded that was the limit for Silver users but I can see videos from Silver users that are up to 2 mins. So is 2 mins the video limit for all paid subscribers. and not 1 minute?

If you are trying from a computer, it may be the format of the video file. Unfortunately FG’s don’t say what formats are supported. If it’s from a mobile phone then no idea, think the file formats they use are fairly standard. Could also be the physical size of the file though, especially if it is very HD.

Things like .mp4 work perfectly so suggest that format. Also you might want to downsize them using say video convertor to make them smaller file sizes
