Why do I keep getting asked to reset my password every time I log in even though I’m using the same password

I used the same password and it did not let me log in. I had to reset it and am concerned my account may have been hacked. Any one else has experienced this issue?

I use the same password every time with no issue. Maybe contact the moderators.
