This part of the Terms.
6.6 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
Does that mean if someone joins, takes out paid membership, then leaves within 14 days, they are fully refunded?
Potentially this can be abused, by people repeatedly joining and leaving. I have seen this behaviour and it is unfair on your company and the members and should be stopped.
Has anyone else seen this.
You're thinking that if someone joins up (for free) and then pays a Supporters fee, and then cancels on, or before, day 14, that they get a full refund?
The terms also say -
6.9 If you requested us to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
This means that they do not get a refund of the cost of the days when they had access to and could enjoy the use of 'the services' for which they paid. The services being the additional features unlocked by supporting the site.
