Depends by what you mean by “log in on virgin internet”.

Usually Virgin’s routers are pre-configured with your account details. There will be a sticker or card on the router with your wi-fi access point name and password, and also with the default admin password to login to the routers changeable settings. If you are connecting a computer with a wired connection you just plug an Ethernet cable into one of the routers ports and the other end into your computers Ethernet port and you are automatically connected. You should have received something like a quick start guide that tells you all this.

I've logged on fine but can't access fabguys, it tells me it's not a safe site...had no problems with sky so must be a sitting on virgin but don't know were it is ...thanks.

Sorted had to switch off parental control in tha virgin app...ty for your help.

Glad to hear you have found and fixed your problem. Just seen your second post, which gave much more useful information on what the problem was - having a clear idea of what the problem is, always helps when give advice and things to try. Your initial post made it sound like you couldn’t access the internet at all on your Virgin Media.
