This statement is pointless on someone's profile when it transpires they don't drive, they refuse to use public transport, and have no money for an uber. So what they meant to say is "can travel (as long as its not more than a 5 minute walk)"

Perhaps there should be a drop down option in which we state how far we can travel.

Yeah same, and how far I'm prepared to travel depends on what's on offer, a 40 mile round trip just to give a blow job in the bushes ain't happening though I've been told I'm being unreasonable for not being interested.

Could be for a lot of reasons. I've put that I can't travel because I prefer guys to visit me in the discreet safety of my own home. I do drive but won't drive in the dark these days. I've also been on wild goose chases where the guy has not turned up or the address did not exist. Also was going to meet a guy at his home but when I got there it was an outstanding rough housing estate where I didn't fancy leaving my car unattended.

I agree with the comment with regards to who is going to be waiting for me.

If I was chatting to a older guy who was kind, soft and gentle, and ticked all my boxes, I would travel up to about 50 miles to deliver myself and my tiny little willy to him.

Agreed, like some of the other available profile options, some of them could do with some improvement (wider spread for things like Role, or some qualification such as distance or mode of transport), however I doubt that it will happen as none of the other suggestions ever seem to get taken on board.

Both 'can' fields (accommodate and travel) are basic, raw statements that may be technically true but need modulating and qualifying. I can accommodate *sometimes* and I can indeed travel *no more than 10 miles* for instance. I agree it'd be very useful to have those qualifiers but heck! at the moment I guess we can use a short paragraph in the blurb (if anyone reads them

Yeah, that's true simple either or 2 word answers from a drop down menu, most people who bother to fill their profile in will probably clarify within their profile, however many on here don't bother reading profiles and just look at the basic preferences selected.

I think there are so many variables as to when and how far people can travel or when they accom that maybe travel/accom should be a text box people fill in with their availability info, the only problem then is a text box doesn't work as a searchable / filter field and people may well decide to just put 'fill in later' or 'anytime'... Probably best to make sure our profiles are reasonably clear about whether we accom or travel and how far roughly... I'll be looking at mine later.
