Can't update status

Hi. My status will not update. I type in the box, but it never appears and still shows as being blank. Any suggestions guys?

When you get a timeout or ban on certain functionality they should tell you how long it is for (or if it is permanent), so just wondering if it could be that, normally timeouts expire automatically. Might be worth trying to contact them directly in case something has gone wrong.
