The missing “unread” message

Hi there,

Can anyone help - there’s an unread msg that I can’t “read”.

I must’ve deleted it or something in the past whilst unread.

How do I get rid of it ?

Sometimes if some one messages you and then messages again before you answer , one of those messages will be unread and show up as unread messages , it’s annoying at times

I've got that issue, says I have and unread message at top of the page but all messages have been read, thought it might go away after logging off, but it is still saying unread when I've logged back in today.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of it
