Today I got another fake verification. This has happened a few times now. And each time it happens when I get a pic onnthe most fabbed page.

I have no idea who does it, so I assume they verify me and then block me immediately.

I'd imagine admin could easily check and see there was no evidence of me meeting that person. I'd be grateful if someonw could investigate and remove the verification please.

Please report the profile that completed the verification. You can still report a profile even if it has blocked you.

I have no idea who made the verification. Last night I got home so see my verification summary jumped up. It said I was verified 4 hours earlier. I can only assume someone verified me then blocked me. So I have no odea who did it.

Its the second time this has happened. And both times happened when a pic got onto the most fabbed page.

Surely Admin can track who did it and see if that person was lilely to have met me or not?

I thought if you were blocked by the person who gave you the verification thst the verification will not show.

the details wouldn't show but the summary would go up, I believe if it was shown. Does the verification show in manage veri with no options to publish?

The only thing the user can do is to use the contact button at the bottom of the page to report and give a time line of the fake event.

If you contact Admin from the contact links mentioning the last time you had a genuine verification they will look into it for you.

Thanks very much.

I know generally it asks you if this verification is genuine, but it seems that there is a loophole whereby if someone verifies you and blocks instantly you can't view or click to say in not genuine.

I think this is a genuine problem and could do with a workaround whereby a verification must be validated by the profile owner even if the writer blocks you before it is added to your profile. This is not the first time it has happened to me, and Inknow other progile users who jave hit top page most fabbed have had similr problems

Admin have sorted this. I am so pleased! Thank you so much. It seems like a really trivial thing, but it really creeped me out. Its good to know that Fab is working away in the background when things go wrong!
