Does anyone else get intermittent TLS errors and inability to log on to Fab through Duck Duck Go?

Also intermittent inability through Safari.

The fact that it’s intermittent and not every time is confusing.

Any thoughts? Thanks guys.

Why use ddg anyway? What’s the advantage, when I tried using it just seemed slow.

I have no issues with safari. Occasionally a bit slow, I just delete history then seems to be all good.

I don’t find it slower, but it is much better for privacy

Safari on phone for regular browsing

DDG for… adult… browsing

Likewise for me with Safari: issues not browser related? 🤔

Why go via a search engine? It’s hardly the longest URL, just type it straight in.

Have been using duck duck go on my spare phone to try it out for the last 3 months. Can honestly say I haven't experienced any issues at all

Yes. It only happens when I'm using my SIM data but it is intermittent. Happens on both DDG and Google. But is ok the next day.

Login is irratic. Auto fill of password. Can easily write it in manually. Get different messages pw not recognised or not recognised username. I like duckduck go features. So don't want to go back.

A secure browser that protects privacy, unlike Google , that is likely to send adverts for any kinks you explore.

"what's the matter with Google?" that it tracks everything you do on the Web. Use DuckDuckGo for web searches (there are other search engines that don't log your activity), clear the cookies from your browser just like you do with food that's gone off, use NoScript to disable JavaScript wherever possible.

"Wish I understood what to use for ultra privacy "

Do what I do get the Duck Duck Go browser and use their anti tracking tech. Then pay for their VPN. That is another layer of privacy.
