Cam room improvements?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but are there any plans to improve the cam / chat experience? I'm afraid to say they are pretty rubbish. I understand there's a cost involved to these things but the tech does seem very dated on here.

I have a new iPhone 17 so it should work ok when I visit chatroom and want to go on cam. But it just comes up that I need to seek assistance as it’s not working, and when I do that’s been closed by the site. At a bit of a loss what to do! Any suggestions?

The architecture of the site is ancient. I wouldn't be surprised if it hasn't had any meaningful update in the last 15 years!
