Can’t get on Fabguys unless I’m on WiFi had age restriction lifted by my mobile supplier by face recognition by Yoti any reason why I am unable to access the site

I never could til I changed provider. Sky never seemd able to lift the restriction. O2 never blocked it. Weird!

I’m no expert on technology but I was in Prague last week and it was fine.

Maybe go to your settings on your phone to see if personal wifi is age restricted. You can do this easily by trying to access gambling sites

Had that this morning, software update last night had turned on browsing restrictions, soon as ai googled it I managed to turn it off again (iPhone) - message was restricted website

Phone is set to auto update but fir some reason hadn’t.
