Two types of verification, the first being by another member and the second is a picture verification to the admin.

Id propose that the latter was made mandatory.

Im seeing way to many profiles these days without this basic verification. Which to my mind makes their profile a disposable account and to me its alarm bells.

The majority of people out there have access to a camera.

It instills confidence that they are to some degree genuine. Well at the very least willing to prove themselves.

Nothing wrong with disposable accounts. I wouldnt meet one i didn't know, but i'm sure plenty do. People get out of this site what they put in. Over-reliance on filters and the like leads to laziness.

I have read that Admin have no plans about profiles having a mandatory PV. What makes you think that a male profile without a green flag, isn't a male? As that is what the green flag symbolises. A PV doesn't guarantee that someone is genuine in relation to honouring an arranged meet
