On my mobile phone and suddenly i'm unable to turm my cam on.

Mine works fine on WiFi but on 4G works 10 seconds then goes blank white screen. Tried numerous browsers now but same result.

Anyone any idea how to solve?

Wish i could help but not very clever with technical stuff.

I've noticed quite a few non paying members can get thrir cam to work so totally confused now

I can’t get it to work in chrome. But safari works ok for me. Must be some kind of permission thing.
