In my cruisings round Fab, I have come across a handful of guys with a profile that says they are located in the USA.

Can American based men join Fab and, if so, why aren't there loads of them on here?

Quite simple really. In the browse option can change the country and can browse all over the world nearly if you want. Probably change your country to USA as well but wouldn't be much point
