I think the app itself is targeted to English speaking countries. US and Australia are listed.

Nearest 2 Me works, but you'll find they're Brits and Irish.

Costa Blanca Spain..

It works for me in Spain but only to a fashion.

The Who's Near is far from perfect. I get messages from guys thinking I'm 5km away when I'm actually a 2 hour flight.

On the Fabswingers site our couple profile got a message from a guy who thought we were in Jamaica when we were actually in Singapore.

That one is the record but even now we regularly get messages thinking we are in the Canary Islands. We are actually on the mainland.

Met a few Brits on holiday in Spain using the Whos near feature. Sometimes you have to shut down phone and start again to clear cache so it can recognise where you are
