I'm a silver member and have not be able to use the above . When I update and press sent nothing happens but it clears the screen of information I've inputted . Any help please?

It is usually because of a ban due to breaking site rules. Contact admin and ask for a review. If you don’t hear back from admin then the ban is going to stay insitu
