How do people become Mods for the Forums?

I tend to be on here a lot and love the Forums and wouldn't mind to help if I can?

If a Forum mod is anything like a Photo mod in terms of who they're looking for, it will only be for people who have been on the site for a certain minimum amount of time, and a subscriber too.
