May be check settings on tablet. Might be that the camera is generally switched, off or you may need to allow this website to access the camera?

Open the website in your browser.

Tap the lock or camera icon next to the website address (if there is one).

Look for Camera permissions and change it to Allow. Refresh the page.

Android: Go to Settings → Apps → [your browser] → Permissions → Camera → Allow.
