Curious to know if you can find out who might have you on their hotlist ?

If you add them to your hotlist, then look at your "updates from your hotlist", their profile will appear on there with the advice "you are both on each other's hotlists", should you indeed be on theirs.

The same advice will also show at the top of their profile.

I do not know any other way to find out if you are on their hotlist.

I don’t think there is any way of knowing, aside from the mutual notification. I’ve been contacted twice by people when I’ve been visiting an area telling me I’ve been on their Hotlist for a while, and asking to meet. A nice surprise when it happens.
