Ive just noticed that in an active between me and another person our email interchanges older than a week have been deleted.. why? Can we get them restored?
there's a few things that could have happen here
unopened messages will delete after 3wks
the other user has deleted there's and you only see your reply's
after a period of time they will delete, maybe quicker depending on how messages you send
the other user has block you or left the site which will delete both sides of the messages
unfortunately once deleted they are gone for good, data protection and freeing up space for the future
use the save button for any keepers but again if they leave the site you loose there half of the message
