You might need to clear the cache of the browser on your phone. You to apps go to your browser go to storage and cache then hit clear cache then reset your phone.

Then try to change location again, it should work then.

For those outside of the UK the simple option is to use a vpn (plenty of free ones about) and choose to log into the UK

I check mine sometimes if I have a quite few mins when I`m in Thailand with no probs
