If its a profile you have had contact with in the past, maybe they sent a wink, or messaged (even if you deleted and didn't reply) they the filter doesn't work for that profile.
Might that explain it?
Pressed message on your profile, all I got was sorry you can't message this user because your outside of their age range. But I could still see your profile.
Only thing i can think of is they may of messaged you before you set up the age restriction.
