South Bristol area.

Why is so difficult to sort a problem with an account .

If one pays to be on this site, there should be some way of contacting admin, and getting a reply!!!.

It's very frustrating, especially when one has been a loyal customer.

"…If one pays to be on this site, there should be some way of contacting admin, and getting a reply!!!…"

There's a very clear/unambiguous, upfront warning given BEFORE spending your money:

"No personal support on site/account

All help/advice on using the site is via the FAQ pages or the site support forum."

No reason for surprise or frustration 🤔

Where do you find the site support forum?

I pay £5 for silver membership for 60 days. For that amount of money I do not expect a personal Gold Plated Service.

[1] You can submit a review request to Admin using one of the following links:

https://www.fabguys.com/contact/owners

https://m.fabguys.com/contact/owners

[2] If you don't hear back from Admin, then the restriction remains active.

You keep posting about this and have been given the above links more than once.

Admin in the past have said the reason they do not respond is because they are not going to get into an argument with users claiming they did nothing wrong.

9. Acceptable use of our Service

You agree that you will not in connection with the Service:

a) engage in any activity that breaks the law

b) publish or send any Content (including links or references to other content), or otherwise behave in a manner, which:

* is unlawful (including depicting or suggesting unlawful acts), defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, racist, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, abusive or deceptive;

* infringes any intellectual property or other rights of others;

* involves phishing or scamming or similar; or

* we otherwise reasonably consider to be inappropriate;

Covers a lot of it ,there is also naming and shaming,asking/offering money or offering/ asking for illegal substances.

Have to say the only time I ever had to contact admin with a problem, they resolved it pretty quickly. I can't fault them
