Same. I've had some great chats with guys from the other end of the country knowing the chances of meeting are virtually nil. But they reached out after seeing a comment etc on a forum post.

I've had messages from guys who live miles away but will be visiting my area for work/family/holiday etc so they have been looking at 'local' guys for potential fun whilst visiting.

Maybe have the option there but don't think it would get much use.

That’s a ridiculous option, I have chatted with guys from one end of the country to the other, even in France from the forums, and if you ever go to France an hour away is practically local.. so this is not an option needed at all

Firstly, you don't have to use a filter if you don't want to so i don't understand why you are so against others having that option.

Like I said, it would be a nice option to filter on/off and set distances if you wanted to.

I don't meet smokers so I filter them from my search results.

I don't want to drive more than 20 miles so I filter that in searches.

I can restrict the age of who can message me so would it really hurt to have the option to restrict the distance from me too.

Filters are always a good thing for optimising our time and should be available as wildly as possible.
