Used one once and it was amazing - thought about getting one and then found out how expensive they were for basically a toilet seat on legs. I've thought about making one as a project but never got round to it.

It was very easy to make with some basic tools. I bought 4 black metal legs in b and q, adjustable height. They need to be operable at about 13 inches. I used a large plywood top with a hole cut in it and the toilet seat screwed on top. As mine was the luxury version I bought some black vinyl leather fabric and padded the seat with it using a staple gun. But that's not essential. The result was like a wide stool with lots of space underneath. I cut the hole in a keyhole shape so the top could get his cock and balls in my mouth easily
