I've been using one for a few years now. It does take time and patience but it is incredible. It is not a dildo like some people use it as.

Best way to use it is to put it in then rock your hips like you are giving Somebody anal it always works for me!!!

You put it in and basically, if you can, do nothing. Just take your time and have patience.
