Yes - essentially that sort of thing. Repetitions of various lengths of muscle clenching - as if trying to stop pissing mid-wee.

It also enables you to grip a guys cock while he’s fucking ya!! It’s very affective!! Most guys look surprised when I grip them deeper. Normally trying to grip would just push them out. Stops your ring getting too loose too!!!

You can get apps to download which have a subtle, automated timer and buzzer to prompt your clench and release..

I used to do this but found that it actually made it difficult to pee properly, like after a few "stops' it got difficult to start again
