New network not allowing me to log on

I switched over to EE today from o2 and can only sign on to fabguys while I have WiFi. without WiFi not allowed to log in? Can anyone advice why ?

Are you asking why you can’t sign onto a website without an internet connection or are you meaning that your data allowance on your phone isn’t kicking in for some reason?

Yes , without WiFi connection I can’t sign on with my data . I used to before with o2 but signed on to EE today and when using my own data I can’t get on to any adult sites

I am with Vodafone and this suddenly happened to me when using my mobile data , it never happened previously . Vida fine wanted me to register and declare I was over 18 before access would be granted . I switched my phone off , and then back on , and I was able to log on using my mobile data .

Once I log on in the morning if I can’t access the adult sites will call them up to sort it out

Parental controls is the default these days. Can’t blame them. You can often change it yourself if they’ve given you an online account to manage things. Vodafone has that.

All done now guys , EE were pretty good over the phone verifying I am over 18 . Problem sorted . Thank you for your help
