Don’t worry on trying to figure out if the person is a timewaster from the first few messages just see how the conversation goes and you will soon get the feeling if there actually going to meet or not.

I’m someone that could easily be described as a time waster as there are so many nerves or anxiety for me to get over before I can meet someone, so the process is slow for the person I am talking to, sometimes this leads to me withdrawing. I try not to waste peoples time so most messages start with a word of caution for them.

I wanted to comment on the verifications point, you are probably right as a rule but I have met several guys from here but have no verifications.

But, unless the system has changed, because the people I’ve met haven’t had verifications, we can’t verify each other to start the process of having verifications.

If you’re pulling out of meets and not letting people know, you are a time waster. Anxiety does not stop you sending a message cancelling.

As for what you said about verifications, there’s a very good reason why those without verifications can’t leave one, it’s to stop people just making a 2nd profile or two and verifying themselves.

Totally. I don’t just not go. I explain fully and if I get blocked I get blocked. It’s something you have to accept as it can be very frustrating for both parties.

I’ve never arranged and then let someone down, I was referring to the fact it takes me time to build confidence to meet someone. Absolutely agree there’s nothing worse than arranging something and pulling out at the last moment or not turning up at all!

And I wasn’t criticising the verification process, actually I agree with it but also just because someone doesn’t have one doesn’t necessarily mean they are a time waster….but as mentioned, I agree that is more likely they are

In my experience there seems to be pattern to behaviour. The join and rejoin continuously using similar profile name and details.

Language,I might be, maybe free, nervous but curious, no verification, say they haven't had any experience but their profile suggests they have been here in some cases over a year. Wanting to know what will happen from the time they are supposedly leaving until they get to you.

What your details what ever that is but very reluctant to share much about them. In fairness Ive had cancellations but they have always given me fair notice so I haven't had to travel.

Messers on messenger are ok I suppose because they only take up minimal phone time and no harm is done and it's easily resolved by blocking them.

Any combination of.. no verification, no picture, new account, can't accommodate or travel. Asking what I would do to them pretty much straight away, wanting to wank on cam and asking for naughty pictures of the wife. Obviously this isn't always the case but I have noticed one to all of the above usually indicates a time waster.

This being said the strangest time waster was none of the above. Pictures, verification, could accommodate and he contacted me. He was local and I was free for a change. On the way to his estate I got an offer from I local guy I meet regularly and turned him down because I was meeting this guy. Got to his area and messaged him to let him know so he could give me his address like he asked. No reply, okay maybe he had a phonecall or someone at the door? Waited 10 minutes and messaged again, still no response after 15 minutes so I politely told him that if something unexpected came up that's fine but let me know so I'm not wasting my time, btw he had read my messages. 5 more minutes then I messaged telling him that I know shit happens sometimes but after reading my messages and not responding like that was pretty rude but no worries wished him all the best and hit send... The user has blocked you! I was actually more confused at what I had done than pissed off with the fact I didn't have time now to meet the other guy as I struggle to get free to meet very often.
