It’s a big thing every Saturday morning here in Maldon.

Looks like a terrific event in a lovely set around the promenade and the woods. Well organised too.

Not my thing though as my running days are over.

I used to, until knee issues stopped me running about 5 years ago

I ought to start again

I ran most of the local ones, in turn, with about 120 runs recorded

That said, I went to one of the locals, just 'pre-Covid', & off the back of just a couple of runs round the block, managed a '26' with no training (& fat!!)

PB is about 21:01

I’ve had to complain about our local parkrun taking over a public park and its paths. So much so parents with prams were forced to push the prams over muddy areas because the parkrun would not make space on the path. Basically the park is unusable by others when the parkrun is in progress.

I’m all for everyone utilising a public space but not to the detriment of others.

.

I've done a few, but honestly I hate running in the morning. It'll never work for me, I'm never really warmed up or on pace. I run 5km every day on my lunch break, so it's definitely not miles in my legs! My closest one is also 15km away, so id need to be up early enough to run there.

Loads near me here in Brighton. Done over 300. Gone off it a bit. Everyone’s so smug

Long Eaton near Nottingham is my go to.

Love to wear my bra and panties under my running kit. Makes me smile the whole run

Wycombe Rye for me. A slight incline and some steps halfway around are annoying, but it's a good route. Would love to find a small horny running group there, where we could all go back after the run and shower

I wear women's running shorts in Heaton Park, Manchester. So short! They make me smile, even though no one probably notices.

Would do but not an early person and body don’t like it, prefer evenings. Park runs seem to be first thing on sat morning.
