Yeah you can't just accidentally delete. It's very deliberate.

You can just hide your profile if you want? it will ask you this at the time.

I don't want to leave I like it on here. However a couple of times ,I've had a fat finger moment, and almost pressed the delete account button instead of the logout one .on my screen one is below the other don't know if thats the same for everyone .so I just wondered what happened that's all .I'm a techno dunce so didn't want to try it. Thanks for information. Much appreciated xxx

...yeah...it asks for your password and then asks you to confirm your password....so it's definitely not accidental
