Enemas.

Before a meet or when going to a sauna I always give myself several enemas to make sure I'm totally clean inside.

I'm actually getting to a point where I'd love to try enemas as part of a scene rather than just as prep.

Anyone else into them?

I’ve not tried but do have a douche kit which has the thin long hose and love the feeling of cleaning myself.

Although I find it can go wrong, I’ve had a few accidents 1-2 hours later with loose bowel movements.

Would enema be worth trying?

Got a rubber hose on a shower hose. Fill and empty several times til everything runs clean. Then a few more times just for the pleasure.

I used to do full enemas a fair bit but found even those can go wrong especially with trapped water somewhere up there lol Even after a couple of hours.

Forgotten the name of the medical people who look after bowl systems lol but I went to see one about the subject. The specialist explained that everyone's bowl system works slightly different and having large full enemas can create problems for some. But was also told that they can cause other issues if doing it a lot. Apparently they suggest any person should be only doing that at most should not be more than once every 6 months. Otherwise you start getting rid of the good bacteria and cause very upset stomach's. For those having regular anal sex they say the best thing is to use the small squirty bottle enemas prior to having sex. They say its safer and works just fine for this. I started using those and had much better results.

I've had a camera up there during a hospital colonoscopy. They give you something to take before you go to the hospital to clear you out. I don't think you can buy it without prescription but that stuff really really works. I was once offered a choice of two and used both. When the camera goes up, I got to see the monitor. I was very very clean. I wish I could have that again before my next long overdue fucking

I had Plenvu before my colonoscopy. It tasted pretty foul but it certainly works. I got an "excellent bowel prep" comment on my colonoscopy report.

And yes, it's only available on prescription.

I have a Muslim type spray gun plumbed in. I give myself a good purge everyday, a good clean out. Done it for years and feels great. They are cheap and easy to install.

Picolax is old school now. The latest and by far and away better treatment is Moviprep. Picolax burns like hell and can make your rectum quite sore as it is fairly acidic. Moviprep on the other hand is based on polyethylene glycol 3000 and is pH neutral or thereabouts. It works faster, is kinder and gives a better clean.

One rider to the chem clean route. It takes everything from your gut and I mean everything, so if you are on meds make sure youve taken them at least 2-3 hours before you start cleaning out otherwise they are going south too.

Moviprep is available to buy online. Be careful though, you cannot use it as a regular prep method as it has a lot of adverse effects if used too often.
