What the hell is it about the smell of Old Spice and Brut that means that it puts me under a spell that makes me want to take cock!

I mean it’s on a different level

Anyone else like the warmth and comforting smell of Old Spice & Brut ??

I remember as a young kid up to late teens at Xmas time among my presents would be either brut or old spice gift set with talc splash it on lotion and soap... It was only last year I was in B&M and bought some brut deodorant got it home and the memories came flooding back... It's a great smell... So I still by both brut and old spice....

I can't remember what Old Spice smells like but I remember my Grandad having it in the 1960s.

The only fragrance from the 1970s I still like is Tabac.

Yes , Brut , Tabac and Old Spice ..must be full of pheromones. Years before i actually understood I was Gay , these aromas had a strange allure . There was a Prefect in the upper 6th that wore copious amounts of Brut , which would always trigger a stiffening in my loins …and a Hairy Gorilla of a Science Master who always smelled of Old Spice , coffee with a hint of digestive biscuit who I thought I was in love with ……

As a teenager, wore both Brut and Old Spice. Also a Boots 'own label' brand, 'Jade East'. Bright green, radioactive and horrendous.

I bought some brute a couple of years ago and I didn’t think it smelled the same as the one I had back in the day?

Similar but not exactly how I remember it. Maybe it’s my sense of smell that’s changed?

There is some chemical in both that doesn't suit me. Old Spice makes me itch and Brut starts to smell rancid after about an hour

Old 3.4 oz/c.100ml bottle of Brut used to cost 10bob/ 50p in the early 70’s. Now a fiver ..but they must have changed the formula because it doesn’t smell or have same potency as the original IMO.

I still use a bit of Aramis and Quorum Antonio Puig when sprucing up.
