I've been into fisting for past 12 years. First time I got fisted was in basement sauna Manchester. I go there 2 or 3 times a year. Can be day or night time or late night Saturday into Sunday morning. I get fisted every time. With this info, go to basement sauna and be patient.

Don't try to put your fist in the clenched punch fashion. Put your fingers in first then be gentle but firm when the knuckles need to go in. When knuckles are going in clench your fingers to a position like you're holding a golf club or tennis racket. From here move hand/fist back and forth in a fucking motion but moving it around and moving your fingers at the same time. Punch fisting is done in the same way but taking the hand out fully from the anus and reinserting with each fucking motion and at a faster pace. And here's a handy tip, don't use loads and loads of lube. Only use 'enough' lube. Water based lubes are best ie liquid silk. Best way to prepare the anus for fisting is with dildos increasing in size as you go. If dildos are not available then either you or the fister can use fingers to patiently prepare the anus. If your anus is quite new to fun, then fisting is not happening for years to come. You're all welcome in advance. X.
