I’ve had both and bareback is a great feeling but is obviously riskier. Being honest, anal always carries risks, but you can reduce them. Condoms are one way, but can break. You can reduce the chances of that by using thicker ones, but then the person wearing it has less sensation. If you use loads of lubricant you reduce friction and can potentially use thinner condoms but for the person wearing one it’s a bit like sloppy seconds. Prep seems to be a good idea. I've been taking BB since the very first time. Started when I was still in Africa with random guys in public toilets etc. The only STI I've had is Chlamydia but that is probably more luck than anything else. Been on Prep now ever since it came out and have had all the various vaccines. The best thing about Prep is that you have to be fully tested before they give it out to you so it's great you have to get regular testing. As far as BB being safe, its never safe but feels so much better.

For me, condoms tend to pull on your hole so unless it's a very quick shag it can become uncomfortable and make it a bit sore for a while after. I won't stop anyone using a condom but far prefer the Raw cock feeling going up into me.

Take 200mg (so typically 2 capsules), ideally within 24 hours after sex, but no later than 72 hours. Not foolproof by any means, but has an efficacy rate of about 70% for both chlamydia and gonhorrhea, apparently.
