I'm getting an error message when using "Who's near" - Your phone couldn't tell us your current location. It might be that you've not given it permission to.

I've checked every setting I can think of on my iphone - all switched on. Thinking it must be a setting on the site. Any ideas?

What phone browser are you using?

On Chrome there at the top to the left of the URL there is an odd little icon, two lines with dots at alternate ends. Other browsers also have icons near the URL but they are different for each browser.

Tap that, it should show you the permissions the site is allowed to use including if location is allowed or blocked.

Thanks. Google Chrome on iPhone. There's no icon to click! Still can't see which setting is wrong.

Try looking at Maps, sometimes maps doesn't update to your current location. I've had to recentre maps then come back on here.

My ‘See who’s near’ uses the location from my Advanced Search page, the postcode there and continues to use it, even after I’ve changed my postcode in the account settings. No matter where I am now it still shows ‘see who’s near’ based on my old postcode, long since updated. Anyone any ideas ?
