I just want to arise a big situation here. As I was surfing X for some NSFW material for a self release, I came across a video of a dear older friend of mine fucking a younger Twink. The video was filmed without consent and uploaded on the twink’s for profit, risking my married friend’s integrity and reputation. Please be aware of who do you meet and the surroundings you’re having fun in. Therefore Sauna is less risky than people’s homes. If you fucked a twink, in a room with yellow walls, you’re probably on onlyfans!

That’s scary and I have no idea where you stand legally given that it was inside a private dwelling

You can ask them to remove it, but once it’s on onlyfans, the terms I think makes it their property, therefore you’ll have to go against the OF. The only thing you can do is make a report to the police, who may want to see your video and go against the person if you know where they live. If it’s a hotel, and you never swapped numbers or details, you might never find the person again. Hence, always asking for number and face prior to meeting. Always meet in a neutral place. Unfortunately I have seen the man’s videos and majority of these men aren’t aware of their exposure. Some of them are definitely married and want a bit of fun. There was a man I know from Grindr but who I never met in one of the videos too. Hardly believe he’d give consent as you can see that the camera is far and probably hidden within the furniture somewhere.

A few years ago I bought a micro camera built to look like a car key fob, I showed it to a gay friend and he went out and bought one. He is a bit of a Dom top and told me he often has it set up to film himself fucking others without their knowledge. He only does it for his personal video collection but it is easy to be filmed covertly. The law as I understand it is if one of you know the recording is being made and it is not shown or distributed it's ok but under the new revenge porn laws being caught could get you in trouble if you only fans it.

I don’t think that’s ok at all, it’s people’s consent. If I steal your keys and visit your house without your knowledge when you’re out, just because I like sitting on your sofa, and not steal or damage anything is ok, because it’s for my own enjoyment? It’s creepy as fuck. My body, my property, my consent is needed.

I really don’t know, but my friend who’s now going through some health issues, was really in distress when he found out. As he’s got a good job and a family. Some little twat’s enjoyment is doing damage of property.

Not legal to be filmed without consent where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Also not legal to post it or show it to others.

The twink with the yellow walls could find himself in jail for this.

There was a Stacy Dooley programme all about a sub culture of filming women covertly and sharing the videos, it was Japan or Korea I think, they had cameras hidden in bags for upskirting and fake coathooks glued onto the doors of ladies toilets with cameras hidden in them...
