Wolverhampton

I’m off to Worcester today to watch some cricket in the sunshine at my favourite ground.

I’m not a fan of either club but New Road is lovely in the sunshine. My county is based at a test venue and these grounds always feel like soulless bowls when there’s only a few hundred people there. When the ground is full it can be a fantastic experience but when it’s empty it can be a disappointing day.
