I tried Doc Johnson deep throat spray, definitely worked for me.

I have my male FB, we been friends for over 10 years, I always struggled with gag reflex so I bought this spray, I didn't tell him I just sprayed my throat 5 before getting to his and got straight to work on him, he noticed straight away and "accused" me of practicing on someone else, it was only after I brought him off that I showed him the spray.

It's important to spray 3 to 5 min before sucking otherwise the spray will go on his bell end and numb his cock.

As soon as I bought it i practiced on a 7 inch thinish dildo, before the spray I took about 3 to 4 inch, after the spray I throated the lot
